The Kindness Project
For the month of March 2021, Stitchology is hosting a fundraiser and supply drive for Crossroads for Women. It works in 2 parts!
Part 1. Supply Drive--we will have a box outside the store that you can drop off any cleaning supplies or toiletries into and we will get that to Crossroads. They are especially in need of garbage bags, all-purpose cleaner and shampoo, and conditioner.
Part 2. Kindness Quilt Pattern and Kits-- Stitchology owner, Melisa Hart, designed a quilt around the theme of kindness. She has turned it into a pattern and 100% of profits from the pattern and $20 from the sale of each kit will be donated to Crossroads for Women.
Crossroads for Women
Crossroads for Women is an Albuquerque-based nonprofit organization that provides housing and therapeutic services to empower New Mexico women emerging from incarceration to achieve safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives in the community, for themselves and their children. They were founded in 1997 and have been serving women for 24 years.

At Stitchology we have a motto: People over profits. This motto encourages us to ask how we can give back and what we can do to benefit our community. We have taken this motto and turned it into a quilt pattern. 100% of profits from this pattern will be donated to local non-profits who have missions we believe in.
