Policies:

Classes must be signed up and paid for in advance.  Class registration can be done online, by telephone with credit card, or in person. A 10% discount will be applied to all fabric and notions you buy for a class. 

 

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:

Classes fill up quickly so it is essential to PRE-REGISTER.  If a cancellation is received at least SEVEN DAYS before the first day of class, a refund will be issued for the amount minus a 20% administration fee.  Cancellations received fewer than SEVEN DAYS, for any reason, including illness, in advance will not be refunded. If a class is cancelled by Stitchology, you will receive a full refund. If you do not show up the day of class, for any reason including illness, you will not be offered a refund.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before a private lesson will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson. If you are late to a lesson, you will be allotted the originally scheduled hour. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your lesson for another time that is convenient to you.

 

Classes are scheduled quarterly, and the new class schedule is released around the middle to the end of the last month of the current quarter.  We can not release any future class dates, add you to a waitlist or let you register prior to the release of the new class schedule.

Our quarters are:

Q1-Jan-March (Q2 class schedule released middle to end of March)

Q2-April-June (Q3 class schedule released middle to end of June)

Q3-July-September (Q4 class schedule released middle to end of September)

Q4-October-December (Q1 of the next year class schedule released middle to end of December)
