Japanese Rice Bag Class
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner- Achievable for beginners who are willing to learn a new skill. Has sewn a few projects, comfortable working with a sewing machine. Must be 18+ to attend this class.

Supplies
Japanese Rice Bag Pattern by Sewn Wyoming
Main Fabric – ½ yard assorted fabrics
Tabs – 4 ½” X 12” Strip
Lining – ½ yard
Drawstrings – 1/8 yard of fabric or 2 ¼ yards twill tape or cording
Interfacing – Pellon 930 sew in mid-weight (or similar)
Thread
Perle Cotton or Embroidery Floss – As desired
Wooden Beads – 2 - ½”-3/4”
Additional supplies: sewing machine in good working order; 90/14 sewing machine needle; marking pens, pins and clips; scissors; rotary cutter and other basic sewing supplies.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:
Classes fill up quickly so it is essential to PRE-REGISTER. If a cancellation is received at least SEVEN DAYS before the first day of class, a refund will be issued for the amount minus a 20% administration fee. Cancellations received fewer than SEVEN DAYS in advance will not be refunded for any reason, including illness. If a class is canceled by Stitchology, you will receive a full refund.
Some classes do require you to come to class with your project precut or that you work on "homework" between class sessions. We use the most size inclusive patterns we can. It is your responsibility to ensure the pattern will fit. If you do not fall within the size parameters for the pattern you will need to make arrangements with us to have your pattern altered before the day of class. Please understand, if you are not prepared we cannot guarantee you will be able to attend/or finish the class. If the teacher is unable to accommodate you, you will not be refunded the class fee. If you are allowed to attend class, you will not receive any additional instruction time. If you need help prepping for the class or finishing you may arrange for help prior to or after the class for an additional fee.
